Mr. DeLoss has extensive experience and expertise in Health Information and Technology (HIT) matters.  He currently serves as Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association, Health Information & Technology Practice Group.  He also serves on the Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors of the Illinois Health Information Exchange.  He has spoken and written internationally on HIT, Electronic Health Records, HIPAA/HITECH, Health Information Exchange, and related Privacy and Security issues.
